Own the delivery of these solutions<\/li>\n<li>Own and improve a number of high-profile customer (technology) relationships<\/li>\n<li>Work with business stakeholders and our customers to define requirements and user stories for new products, platforms, client integrations, internal workflows, and customer use cases<\/li>\n<li>Envision workflows and business processes through visual and written documents<\/li>\n<li>Assist in development of business cases, proposals, and accompanying requirements and process models<\/li>\n<li>Work with product management team on prioritisings customer requests and defining associated requirements<\/li>\n<li>Manage case log of incoming requests, cases and Jira tickets<\/li>\n<li>Manage RSD, LLD Writing<\/li>\n<li>Manage Story writing to enable the team to work on scrun releases<\/li>\n<li>Attend Agile planning meetings to assign story points and plan scrum releases<\/li>\n<li>Work through integration requests with customers and understand technology limitations, recommendations, and development options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for Senior Business Analyst that can do the following Work with external customers to ensure technology service delivery and issue resolution.
