Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst that can do the following

• Work with external customers to ensure technology service delivery and issue resolution. Own the delivery of these solutions
• Own and improve a number of high-profile customer (technology) relationships
• Work with business stakeholders and our customers to define requirements and user stories for new products, platforms, client integrations, internal workflows, and customer use cases
• Envision workflows and business processes through visual and written documents
• Assist in development of business cases, proposals, and accompanying requirements and process models
• Work with product management team on prioritisings customer requests and defining associated requirements
• Manage case log of incoming requests, cases and Jira tickets
• Manage RSD, LLD Writing
• Manage Story writing to enable the team to work on scrun releases
• Attend Agile planning meetings to assign story points and plan scrum releases
• Work through integration requests with customers and understand technology limitations, recommendations, and development options
